Michelle uses a relational, unique approach to meet the needs of each client. Michelle is a trained IFS therapist (IFS Institute), and integrates CBT/DBT, and other client-focused and trauma-informed approaches. Michelle specializes in work with gifted, talented, intense-minded individuals.
Michelle also has extensive experience, professionally and personally, in supporting those identifying as LGBTQ2S+.
Michelle provides clinical leadership to the AATC Team.

She uses a relational & integrative approach that incorporates elements of mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based interventions, CBT, Narrative, art & play-based approaches, and more. She helps clients who experience anxiety, depression, phobias, suicidal ideation, parenting challenges, and other life challenges.

Rachel’s integrative approach blends professional and personal experience to prioritize the unique needs of each person. She is IFS-Informed and uses elements from emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and somatic techniques to support her clients in meeting their goals. Her relational focus creates a non-judgmental space for life stressors, Big Emotions, relationship difficulties, and mental health to be explored.

Trishna is a psychotherapist with nearly 10 years of experience, specializing in trauma recovery, somatic healing, LGBTQ2S+, neurodivergence, and sexuality education.
Trained in Presence-Oriented Psychotherapy and Dance Movement Therapy, she uses arts and mindfulness based approaches to support healing and self-connection. She is also trained in grief and suicide bereavement therapy, offering compassionate support for those navigating loss and complex grief. Her approach is relational, embodied, and inclusive — honouring the whole person in their healing journey.

Venus uses an integrative approach infusing the Arts and therapeutic play into therapy sessions. Venus approaches the therapeutic relationship with authenticity and works with clients on identity exploration, interpersonal struggles, and self-esteem issues.

Brittany brings nearly 10 years of dedicated experience working with children and families. Brittany uses an integrative approach, is IFS-informed, and she has expertise working with individuals who identify as Gifted and Intense Minded (GTIm), including those with ADHD, ASD, complex trauma, or multi-exceptionalities. Brittany is also trained in EMDR therapy and provides EMDR to individuals to help them process trauma effectively.

Psychological Services

Please note that at this time, only those that are seeing a therapist at the Centre* are eligible to be referred for Psychological testing.
Psychological assessments, include Educational Assessments, I.Q, Social-Emotional I.Q., ADHD, ASD, and Mental Health.
*Therapists provide weekly therapy, in person and virtual sessions, to help clients to manage their identified symptoms. Therapists also help clients to determine whether they would benefit from an assessment. Sessions include therapy for individuals, couples, families, child/teen, dyad sessions, and parent support.
Assessments are only available in person.

Interns can currently provide support services in addition to current client's therapy sessions.
*Therapists provide weekly therapy, in person and virtual sessions. Interns can enhance support and offer resources at the Centre
More Experienced Interns can offer sessions including reduced-fee therapy for individuals, couples, families, child/teen, dyad sessions, and parent support.

*Therapist Service Fees starting at $175 - $250 per 50 minute session, Intake fees $275 - 305 (extended health care benefits may provide coverage for MSW/RSW and/or Registered Psychotherapists (& RP Qualifying with Supervision).
