Hi, I’m Violeta,
My passion lies in helping you feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal and grow in ways that align with your unique strengths and experiences. My therapeutic approach is integrative and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based modalities, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), behavioural approaches, and attachment-based interventions.
I work with individuals across the lifespan, those who face a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, phobias, and more. I also have experience with challenges associated with parenting, immigration, and past trauma, therefore I understand firsthand the impact those can have on one’s identity, relationships, and emotional regulation.

I also offer hypnotherapy and incorporate emerging tools like virtual reality, which are starting to demonstrate enhanced therapeutic engagement and outcomes in clients who are neurodivergent.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, watching movies, running, and cooking. While I love being surrounded by my kids, cats, partner, other family, and friends, I do find that occasional time alone is much needed and restorative.

My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where healing can happen at a pace that feels right for you or your child.
