Welcome, I'm so Glad You're Here!

I'm Rachel, and supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families through the tough things life throws at us is something I am passionate about. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of things, I would be honoured to accompany you through this phase of life.

As someone with a divergent brain, I bring both evidence-based tools and personal understanding to my work. My practice is rooted in the belief that the full spectrum of how we think, feel, and relate deserves to be affirmed and honoured. I particularly enjoy working with outside-the-box-thinkers and their families - especially when navigating accompanying challenges, such as cultural identity, mental health, burnout, social relationships, and academic pressures.

If you are tackling the complexities of trauma and/or big emotions, I look forward to meeting you with curiosity and empathy. My integrative approach focuses on creating healthy, sustainable change by pairing the deeper work (things like healing from past experiences, showing up for yourself, and relationship patterns) with practical strategies to help life feel a bit more “doable”.

I am affirming of all identities, family structures, and relationships. Guided by your unique experiences and values, therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and supported in growing towards whatever version of life feels most fulfilling to you.
