Hello!
I'm Pam, a registered social worker, and psychotherapist at Acorn & Anchor. I have over 30 years experience working with adults, individually or in couples, as well as children, youth and their families.
I also provide compassionate, informed therapy to parents using a "coaching" style that includes psycho-education, parent-child (or teen) sessions and ongoing support.

In sessions, I use an integrative approach which incorporates concepts from IFS, narrative therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and neurobiological thinking. I provide individualized therapy geared towards each unique person that I see.

I believe that therapy is a journey into self discovery where you can learn more about yourself and how to gain skills that are sustainable and transferable to help you better handle a variety of challenges that come your way.
If you’re looking for a place with people who genuinely understand the complexities of being neurodivergent and are committed to helping you grow, contact us today!
