Hello, 

I am currently working as a Therapist with clinical supervision from Michelle Guy here at Acorn and Anchor Therapy Centre.

In my practice, I utilize verbal therapy and/or creative arts, to offer children, youth, and adults a safe and creative therapeutic environment where they can reach their therapy goals and meet day to day challenges with capability and acceptance. We will engage in expressive activities which can also lead to relaxation and a sense of freedom to be your "true self".

I also strive to work from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed framework, while considering the many complexities that a client may face. 

Currently sessions are delivered in-person.
